Magnolia East is the newest East Nashville subdivision built by Superior Development and sold by Stacy Davis and Rick Kane of Benchmark Realty, LLC. The 17-unit development off Ben Allen Road consists of 11 single-family homes and six townhouses.
Phase I & Phase II
Phase I, which is currently under construction, includes eight single-family homes to be completed by the end of the year with the first homes slated for completion by the end of September.
